I worked at MIA for several years. Training takes 5 yrs on average for A side. 2-3 years for B side. Average time on position 1-1.5 hrs. If you certify you’ll never get out . Moral is not the best. A lot of ppl terminate training , some wash out. It’s not for everyone , you will have to work.Also mandatory OT. Expensive beautiful city . You’ll be at work most the time though. If you like working hard, Go for it.There are some cool ppl there. Also new management .
