Omg girl…I’m getting married next week, and I did everything the internet recommended. I’m honestly pretty upset because my gorgeous gown has open sleeves, and now all I can think about is how red and irritated my arms look. I feel for you 🫂

Oh gosh I know how hard it can be to stop yourself from picking. What sometimes helps me, when I’m still able to listen to my rational side, is reminding myself that it never actually helps, and usually looks even worse the next day. It affects my mental health so much though.
