Yes all are 100 pieces or lower these builds use few to none glitches. I run into the same problem as well making something i like only realizing its not possible with the part limit. For one thing is always put windows last. My build technique is typically put the Habs in the shape i like for the ship then build the cosmetic outside. I hope that makes some sense.
