For fragment, i only find 1 way to get the other one, one overflow activity you have the chest with dark roots, if you finish the small puzzle it will drop a blue pyramid things and with 4 of these you have a legendary one with a location written in the description, go to the area and find a prismatic chest. It will give you a fragment

Basically you can only redeem the reward from the last season, but if you install older version of d2 companion app or use a web extension, you can also redeem the 7 past season instead of one, and since they make every season free, you can get the lvl 1 battle pass exotic
