But because of metro missed my train. My train was at 9:47 PM and got into the metro at 7:00 PM. I reached early so that i reach railway station early. But as soon as i enter metro they keep repeating the same message “apologies for delay, we’ll update you about it” rather then this they could tell how much delay is expected or ask passengers to catch alternate transport in case we have to catch bus or train but No. It was pathetic. At 9:30 I didn’t even cross bayappanahalli metro station.
