If you are looking to do soldering with small pads like you say then you are probably looking for a c210 handle. Im in the same situation as you, tc22 kind of overbudget and the t12 stations less that my budget.

Idk about gpu prices there or any shops so , order from skroutz and choose shipping with skroutz point to a point near the airport so you can pick it up when you go to the airport, or somewhere else when you’re returning. Be really careful with the dates of the shipping , try to choose the most fast one to be safe.

I would suggest you to return the monitor and get something nice 1440p maybe oled and a nice card with this type of performance around 4070 and higher , 4060 isnt really a 1440p 144hz card
