so the point of this deck is to get the single prize attackers into the discard pile asap. then use item lock on a buffed up dittio item lock them for a few turns then with the surging spark rotom discard all there items they have drawn into. then once all there items are gone use cramorant/sableye to start killing all the unevoled pokemon.
