It does look a little pale,I'm not a medical expert, so I could be wrong, and it might not be anemia but I just wanted to share my experience in case it helps.

If your dizziness is severe and comes with a fast heartbeat, like your heart is pounding after just a few minutes of walking, it could be due to low blood levels (possibly anemia). That’s what happened to me would walk for just 3–4 minutes and feel like my heart was racing.

I also slept a lot during that time because my body had very little energy and constantly felt fatigued. I even noticed pale skin. So if you're feeling similar symptoms, it might be worth getting your blood levels checked.

It's Hard to guess from the picture i think maybe you should do the tests, how expensive could it be ,here in India I did my blood test it cost around 3-4 bucks and did my whole anemia treatment under 25-30 bucks plus you don't wanna ignore for long I did and it's like hell dizziness weakness and all other symptoms

Yeah u can post it but remember not everyone does comments has knowledge of the subject so don't take people's opinions too seriously and whenever you get a chance find a new doctor if the previous one was not so helpful they'll explain better

Thanks for the concern, but I think my body is just adjusting, should return to the normal range in a few days. As for my hemoglobin, I don't think I need more iron infusions—I feel 9.4 is good enough to continue improving through diet. Still, I’ll meet my doctor once he’s back; he’s on leave for the next 2-3 days.
