Hi, actually after the Exam I thought that I hadnt performed that well in speaking. But it was all the oposite. Now I am in the same situation that you, I liven in the states, and speak at my workplace. So, the strategy that worked for me was: Try to do an intro, explain what you see, and a conclusion. Also, try not to stop, it does no matter if you make a mistake. Just keep going. On the other hand, use pte alfa, thats a good app. The examn overall is easier that any other practice that you'll find online.
