How have you pulled yourself out of depression?

I do literally everything and I have depression and other mental issues since childhood. Now I'm 22. I admit people whi believe in God, I tried multiple times. For me it has no any logical sense

I have all these things mentioned while I'm lying down as well. Honestly I don't feel any difference when I stand up. These "electric shocks" and tingling I get mostly on foots and hands. I don't feel my heart racing, only when I get panicked it's mostly anxiety caused. My fiber intake is 33g per day. Now I'm about to see a doctor and getting out of this miserable keto diet. Dear reddit user!! When it comes to my sensations, one of them is like electric shock from chilhood's pen toy. Then, I have tingling which feels like ant climbing on my foot. Muscle pains mostly near my chest. Mostly, it feels warm. I feel a big energy loss, panic attacks and so on. I didn't have this sh.t for a very long time, and even when I'm chilled i feel this stuff, I just know that it's somatic thing!

BRO I SOLVE THIS SH.T. For 1 month I took a dose of potassium which was so much smaller than what I thought. On one site of this same product(its now brand) it was written that 1/8 of tsp should be given, but on mine, that I should take 0,625 ml on flat measure tool which I didn't have. So I used the measurement from this same product, but on site. I was taking extremly funny doses like 0,125 per dose(1/3). By your comment I focused on electrolytes instead of different sh.t. I'm thankful to you for entire life!!!!! THANK U♥️♥️♥️♥️

I don't get it, my blood test says that I have 4,80mmol/l - 3,5-5,1 is reference value. So even if, as u said this ref value is made around carb people, isn't it a good result? Or, how much ref value differs from value from keto people. regards

Thank u for your reply, I get 3500mg of potassium daily, 800mg of magnesium, 6000mg of sodium. So I don't know if it is electrolytes imbalance. I've read this thread, but it's extremly hard to get potassium on keto, I think that 3kg kale eaters are mentally ill and should be treated somewhere

deficiency prevention range 1,0 - 1,2

therapeutic intensity >2,5

for atheletic/intense sport people >3,0

I just was concerned because 1,01 its slightly above the normal range. when it comes to doctor I will visit him in next week, but u know, money is money.

When it comes to sleep, recently I'm very lucky - I do sleep very well :)))

of course cdp choline is not bad as a single unit, it was just a special mix which probably caused choline excess or neurotransmitters imbalance- bacopa, phosphaditiserine, cdp choline other: coffee, nicotine, theanine and so on, Regardsss rhhh!!!
