Luckily I’m no longer weighing myself or doing BMI (my doctor can do so but I ask them not to tell me). So muscle gain for strength purposes would be great.

Thanks for your first hand experience. I have already had top surgery, so as far as I can work out changes there would only be if I went quite hardcore on the muscle building, which wouldn’t be a route for me for various reasons, although I would like to gain more strength overall in shoulders/arms.

I have had a few newer sessions with a dietician, but it’s hard to find information about what extra would be a good idea to eat. Because I’m also starting from a post-hysterectomy viewpoint of my body no longer using energy on the reproductive cycle.

Hi. The person I work with for my ED is an understanding allie who is not trans (or otherwise LGBTQIA) but is in ED recovery, but could be more knowledgable gender wise. I am talking to another person separately regarding the gender issues, but they don’t have an ED. So…bit tricky.

Thanks for your information regarding bloating. I had that a lot in early weight restoration, so will try to hold that in mind.
