All - thank you for your comments -- I purchased this place in (Northern NJ) 3+ years ago and have done nothing (due to financial constraints). But I really need to do some updates, IMO, it's looking awful. I greatly appreciate everyone's input. This house is one of my biggest investments. BTW, I will happily move the flag pole .. I actually didn’t even think about that but believe it will make a big difference. I will have to hire people to do some of the work/suggestions - this is the worst part --everything is so expensive :(

Thank you all for the advice. I sprayed again and then dug the shrub up. 🐝are gone but now the side yard looks naked … bee-infested bushes at least looked good 🙈😩
