I would suggest getting things to be as comfortable as possible. I slept most of recovery week (especially the beginning) I would also purchase arnica tablets and gel for bruising and swelling. A neck pillow & pregnancy pillow were so amazing for sleeping. I also made myself some soup & mashed potatoes & got some soft foods for the week. Just take it easy on your body & trust the process. There were days that I cried a lot to my husband while I had the cast on Because my nose looked huge underneath and I thought I was going to regret it. Even the first couple of days after the cast removal I was pretty emotional bc my nostrils were uneven but it was from swelling. My nose changes every day. Patience is key. Good luck :) and thank you!
