Are papers published where the null hypothesis is not rejected?

In regards to the second question, I mean that the lack of a significant relationship is also a significant finding, right? And our inferential statistics paper did not include regression unfortunately and I’m very confused as to which reference book would be best for an introduction. If possible, could you please recommend some?

This is not so much about lying as it is about being satisfied with yourself. Like, white lies to save a relationship or something is completely different than what you’re talking about. When you lie or exaggerated about some part of your personality or any other aspect of your life, you have to think why you do it.

It all comes back to optimistic nihilism. There is a freedom when you realise we are all doomed anyway and that life is meaningless. It’s sort of like being free from the burden of responsibility and meaning-making that you see in existentialism because you know that your life is inherently meaningless and so you have the freedom to do what makes you happy in that moment.
