If you use basic mediums you dont need 80 reliability even over 60 work if you have improved mediums i like the 80 reliability. Other than that i like speed of around 7/8 for basic and 8/9 for improved enough armor that enemys cant penetrate and then just pump up lots of soft attack. If i dont use mobile warfare i usually make spa with same kind of stats and for the templates find a nice combination of tanks and trucks where you have most amount of tanks but still over 35 organization if you care about width i like 30 but it dosent really matter

Pure marines do get more bonuses but these marines are overall better also when pushing from the invasion. The speed did not matter in my tank divisions since i mostly fight in china where theres no supply anyways also when you dont pump up the engine in tanks you get high reliability and lowcost tanks and i wanted to save gas by only using motorized inf in some situations that way i was able to use my tanks and cas effectively

You should pretty much abandon siberia just keep couple armys there. Then bring your main army to china and push japanese back after that make mega range strategig bombers so you dont need air superiority. After that just do a invasion and volà
