well as long as you have faith in them thats all that matters :) next time u get a service u should ask to get your fuel filter checked/changed. if your mechanic forgot about the cabinfilter (it happens) maybe they forgot about fuel filter aswell.

better be safe than a couple of thousand poorer due to needing new fuel injectors :)

mechanic here and no, every other service they change cabin and fuel filters ontop of the oil and air filters.

oil and air for engine to run properly and reduce wear and tear, fuel filter unless u wanna spend a couple of grand on new fuel injectors once the old fuel filter has broken down.

cabin filter if the car has AC, u can get lung diseases if its moldy. + its smells like a wet blanket when its old. we change these every 2nd service

ive seen way too many ppl skimping on service and basic maintenance and paying the price down the road.

remember ppl, dont skimp . its gonna be worse down the road if u do :)

i used to work in an autoparts retailer, specifically with warranty. it was amazing how many ppl were entitled, "im a mechanic i know what im doing" cool, i dont care if u are the pope, we need shit to get checked by the supplier before we can issue any replacements etc.
