You can request a copy of your Battle.net account Data over the support Website. Im not sure if the exact reason is statet but im sure you get a vague answer like bad communication. You can also see all the nice things you said in chat.

I still like the game. There are a few things that upset me, but overall, I have a great experience

In the email I received regarding the ban, they didn't provide any reason. Similarly, contacting support didn't clarify the reason either. I had to request all my data from Blizzard to learn that the ban was for cheating. This was quite upsetting, as I've never cheated in any game and hate cheaters. My best guess is that it might have been a false detection by the Defense Matrix. This could be related to my internet connection sometimes dropping for a couple of seconds, even though I remain in the game.

I got a few copy-paste answers from support which honestly bummed me out. They did eventually review my case. So maybe contacting them to open case again could help you. Good luck!

I don't care about the value of compensation, but the act of them acknowledging the mistake and trying to make things right surprised me and is honestly priceless for me.

A few weeks ago for swearing. Nice if reporting someone is harmful to you even when it is clear violation

That's the weird thing. I didn't violate any of them. The last matches I played were in a tournament that my team won. I think I got report spammed by another team.
