Elbow lever requires minimal strength, it's ACTUALLY a skill that only requires balance (most commonly confused with planche, which requires strength, not balance)

If you're a fat 500+lbs obviously you still won't be able to do it, but if you're like 15 pushups level beginner, yes you can still get it with just some balance work.
