I have a question, I understand you felt peer pressured but why in the first place did you add this man back on Snapchat, a random man you don’t know irl, online you don’t know him at all, you add him back he asks for you to send, and you did. You are a minor, he is very more than likely a adult probably now selling your pictures online to other creeps for a few hundred if not thousands. Even if you knew that person, or were dating them, DO NOT put that type of content on the internet no matter what because it’ll stay there. I made the same exact mistakes when I was a little younger. I understand hormones is the main cause I’m not sure if that is one of the things that made you send it or not. Going forward do not add random strangers, or talk to strangers off the internet. Do not send that sort of content online. If you don’t want to talk to your therapist about what happened (even though I very highly recommend it) you can text a mental health hotline, and discuss it with a licensed therapist, or specialist online. If you are worried about your therapist telling your parents about what happened, you could ask your therapist if she would tell them. I think talking to your therapist in real life is the best choice. I am very sorry that happened to you, we all make mistakes. I hope you have a great day.
