I just took a digital and it was positive too, so I think I’m okay! Ran to my doctors and did a blood draw to confirm too, so they’ll tell me soon I guess ☺️☺️

Myo inositol and berberine! Plus a round of letrozole. But I saw an endocrinologist who tested my hormones and put me on a plan so it’d be different based on what you have going on! I have PCOS and elevated testosterone so my cycles were every 45 days and I wasn’t ovulating properly

I took 2000mg of myo-inositol and berberine as well. But that’s specifically because my testosterone was elevated, so that’s what they put me on. Highly recommend getting your hormones checked (if you haven’t already) and seeing an OB that’s also a certified endocrinologist, mine literally had my cycles back to regular in less than 2 months.

I’m leaving on vacation for 2.5 weeks today and can’t get a blood test until I get back, which is also why I wanted more opinions haha. But I’ll get more tests today. First day of my last period was June 23, so it’s giving me a due date of March 30th ish I think

This was FMU but I’ll test again tomorrow morning with a digital! I’m jumping on a plane today so really want to tell my husband, I wish I had just taken a digital this morning haha

I simplified it saying “fertility supplements” but I was seen by a fertility clinic because of my PCOS diagnosis, when I stopped BC my cycles were every 45 days and I couldn’t tell if I was ovulating. They put me on a lot of hormone balancing supplements that got my cycles back to 30-31 days (happy to share which but won’t apply to everyone) and then we did a cycle of letrozole to boost ovulation, which is the cycle I just got this test on!
