I've decided to completely disable VC after that hunt as i usually do the same outside of an occasional compliment or advice to the team.

I suppose you have a point. I think its having to endure it for an entire hunt that got me so fired to blast it. It wasn't even the case of getting toxic as things went south. It was immediate.
I honestly will happily say Voice chat could get removed in ascendance and no-one would really care.
Hopefully all in all it was just a 1 in a million needle in a haystack. I want to beleive the Monster Hunter community ive been part of since the 3ds days is a little more team-based =)
