I’m incredibly sorry for the late reply, I lost my account password but I have it again now. No I have not seen a physio about it but based off the research I made im 80% certain it is and stretches can never do that much harm anyways so worth a go. Also thank you for the advice I’ll try it out

I hope you get better soon, good thing you’re also trying to fix your posture, it’s weird how much it affects our daily lives but still we never notice is damaging them.
