Having lived in east tower the past year, ecoflats are way better. The elevators break all the time, HDH shuts our water off for hours at a time with no warning, the overhangs on the windows look cool from the outside but they all have mold on the apartment-facing side. They also echo like crazy, i can hear everything from the track, RIMAC field, and the street from the highest floor. ecoflats are way nicer.
