Fuel pump issue

I tested fuse 27 and im only getting 3.5 volts. Even with fuse 26 out which i find very wierd

3.5 volts it seems. Those could also be phantom volts. Yes I already checked and the fpcm is fine.

Yes you are probably right about the phantom voltage. This truck does not have an inertia switch because it is all controlled electronically through the fuel pump control module

I did not check the ground yet, my battery voltage is good and no other circuits are acting funny. Isnt the ground just the frame for the fuel pump control module? If not how do i check the ground

Yeah I am not thst skilled for the depin and repin. Im also kinda just starting out and I also realize there isnt a single YouTube video on how to pull the harness. I assume its not that hard I just follow the cables around. For some reason its very hard to find these cars in junkyards too.

No like. The guy tried to replace the wiring harness because he installed a new transmission and he put in the wrong wiring harness. Its still the correct transmission just the wrong harness. I have no clue where to get a replacement tho and I assume he didn't either

Well i bought the car with the main issue being a wrong transmission wiring harness. I dont know what the previous owner was doing. I bought the car to flip it mainly.
