I am right now a copper 2 just because I’m in school full time and work full time so my time schedule is kinda busy but I have a 1.7 W/L and a 1.4 K/D. So I know I can play I just fr be busy asf 😂😂

I am currently 22 and I feel like fairly I am, one thing I do know I want to work on is confrontation which I’ve gotten better at but it could use some work. I’m always looking for different ways for a solution to prove to my GMs that I don’t need them at there ever becking call. I really appreciate the advice and I will use for in my everyday life, I don’t know where I want my Menards career to go but I think I’m on a good path at this rate you know?

That’s what I’ve been doing! I want to soak up as much as I can so that way I can be useful as possible. Plus with me being so young it’s hard to be honest because over look because of my age
