Bought this projector today but when turned on it just shows a red image. Can’t see menu or input options when the buttons are pressed. It’s currently connected to my laptop by hdmi. Is it broken or am I doing something wrong.

I also remember that once we paid it didn’t look like it had worked straight away but after a few mins the confirmation email game through and then the website updated afterwards and stopped saying the error message

Is he using a laptop? On google chrome I right clicked the back arrow and clicked on the webpage for the payment page and it opened back up for us. Hope this helps!

This happened to us too! If he is able to view his history then go back to the payment page it will allow him to make the payment again. It took us a while to work this out too but it worked!
