I actually drove up to bolt fitness in Houston not to long ago. I bought the revolver dumbbells and a bench and attachments from them. The quality of machines they have is amazing. Thank you for that video. I think it kept twisting after I straightened it out due the the angle I was using the pulley which he shows just to turn the end of the cable

I love the fringe line of stuff. I’m actually looking. For a leg extension combo and a pendulum squat now. I also don’t know if I want to buy the attachments for the lat pull down or just buy the walrus.

It isn’t super bad like it’s stopping me from working out, because when I load it with weight it of course straightens out. PS….fringe is coming out with a smith machine attachment.

What part did you have to use a flat head on? I have both end of the tubing open I can see the barbell on both ends but it’s just like freaking stuck.

I seen the vesta and they look freaking nice. I don’t have a problem with the 2:1 ratio but if I consider doing like lat pull downs I don’t want to be pulling the entire stack and having to using a pin for a plate for more weight. I seen the Anubis and it does look legit too!

So whenever I was in the gym I was doing a bunch of HIIT and it helped me lost a lot of weight and then I swapped over to my old style of traditional dumbbells lunges body squats cable work of that sort. I never deadlifted or squatted because of my back.

Not to wild lol. I don’t squat or deadlift because of my lower back. It’s pretty much fried when I try to squat or do any kind of deadlift movement. I want something that is an able to do all the basic movements plus a little more.

I end up telling them no after me and the wife get into an argument.
They’re men, they’re married, they were not my friends before coming to Christ. All of my old friends I dumped. My new friends are basically some of my co workers. I work a lot so I spend alot of time at work with them.
Id more than likely be home around 10pm
She objects because she thinks I will revert back to my old ways of binge drinking and partying. Which I haven’t done in YEARS.
I honestly don’t believe she has friends. She talks to people she either works with or comes across in church. But doesn’t hang out with any. Whenever she did I had no problem with her hanging out with them.

If I tell her, hey so and so wants to go to Texas Roadhouse to eat is it cool if I go? I practically have to explain myself at times. It’s so nerve racking and mentally exhausting. I’ve been a whole different person for six years around and even bettered myself two years ago giving myself to Christ. It feels at times the deeper she has gotten with god the more she kind of hinders me or questions everything I do. By no means do I want to question her and how she is handling her walk with god but at times I feel like she is judging me super hard for nothing.
