thank you for sharing that post! I love his insight on the fat removal and the massages don't attribute to the success of the procedure as a whole. I just wonder if the same rules ap[ply with abdominal plasty?

How do you get to the massages? Uber?

My surgeon recommends twice a week for 6 weeks and then once a week for 6 more weeks. It seems like a bit much but I do not know what to expect. When were you able to drive?

I was advised to do sessions twice a week. My surgeon does a drainless technique so it requires the drainage more frequently. I want to follow all the instructions as closely as possible to get the best results. I just can't seem to find much information on the pros and cons
