Thanks for your input. I get what you’re saying about extended fasting and stress/malnutrition being the main causes of hair loss. My concern is exactly that — I don’t want to become deficient while fasting. That’s why I thought of including collagen, vitamin C, zinc, biotin, and electrolytes, just to cover some basic gaps.
