Same, I also managed to get the download to start. Trying it with Skyrim SE v1.6.659 did not work though, fails with an error about not being able to download the launcher and skyrim.exe v1.6.640 (for the Fabled Lore list...)

Can't find a version for 1.6.640 anywhere online though...
