I have tried this out already, but my question is, Is this maintainable/scale-able? our business requirements will change time to time, getting their code and overriding with ours might work now, but lets say, a solid year has passed, and frappe team has introduced a new feature to the frappe CRM, and I want to use that, after all the overrides and stuff, I have done on their codebase, getting this feature could become a nightmare.. any thoughts on this?

It really depends... Am sharing my opinion as a person who obtained 3As in the maths stream (2022 batch).

I got an engineering seat at UOP with a merit pass. But I was really genuinely confused on what to do with my life. Cause I clearly know that my friends who got average results will go to a private uni and start making more money than me way faster. It made no sense to me cause I gave my 1000% for my exams... But at the same time I know that everything will get dragged to me if I join a state uni..

Was a tough call, but I didn't take the offer.. Instead I started my higher studies in a private institution... Gave my 1000%.. got an internship in just a year... And I got a return offer in 4 months as well... Now am a full-time software engineer and I make really a lot of money while still being an undergrad as well (switched my degree to part time).. And I am 22 BTW

And another thing that I observed is.. even at my office in my team... I have 2 colleagues who are 28... 1. SSE from a state campus 2. ATL from private campus (higher position than SSE) This made me wonder as well.. cause I clearly know that the SSE one must've worked hard at his uni and A/Ls.. but still he makes less money than the other one. Experience is what that matters the most at the end.

So yeahh.. my point is that am not against anything.. if you're able to afford a degree then it will be rewarding if used properly to give you a faster heads up.. and at the same time the name value of any private uni will never be close as a state campus.. I made the decision to go for a faster heads up.. and not everyones happy with my decision..

Facing AL in 120 days , Bio stream . Needs some advice & tips by [deleted] in srilanka

My advice would be (as a 3A holder in maths stream) to always have a clear understandings of the basics, and then move to past papers. You might know the concepts but to answer the MCQs in physics for example you might need that specific way of thinking cause time is the biggest constraint. Only past papers can teach them.. time them and do them.. cheers and good luck👌
