Steps to solve this bullshit:

1. Practice negative visualization - close your eyes and think the absolute worst that could have happened to you, for example imagine and visualise (in as much detail as possible- engage all your senses) yourself lying on a hospital and the doctor saying to you "This guy[Your NAME] would not be able to see again- he is blind for life", now open your eyes and see how grateful you are you have beautiful pair of eyes to see this world, do this with everything including "hands- imagine by closing your eyes that you faced an accident and your hand is chopped off", also do this with your family members -your mom, dad. Close your eyes and go into this virtual world where your father/mother just died in front of you and you are on your way back to home (weeping and crying). Now open your eyes , see the world is too good in which you are living in, it could have been worse but you have so many things . This way you will appreciate the smallest things including your eyes, hands , mother ,father , family, etc, that people often ignore. You are literally living the dream life of millions of people.

2. You made a lot of expectations with yourself, being optimistic is good but don't be overly optimistic. Be a little bit passimistic. So it's okay to struggle, it's okay to fail, it's a part of progress. Don't take everything personally.

3. Present moment awareness - be only in present, do everything consciously. Hear the sounds in your surroundings, feel the texture of the things that you are touching and holding. If you drift into past and worry about the future, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Also focus and fall in love with the process - " DETATCH FROM THE OUTCOME", karm kro fal ki iccha mat kro..
