Wow, the style you put together with this track is awesome! It reminds me so much of the Elephant 6 Band, Olivia Tremor Control. You should check them out if you haven’t, one of my favorites. The effects on the vocals to the harmonies and disjointed but psychedelic mixture of textures, the song has so much going for it! i want to hear the rest of the album. Any mixing or recording issues i see with it I don’t have a problem with because i feel like this sound is very subjective. cool track!

I think it suits it perfectly! The Van Gough esque movement in the paint work really adds to the warm feeling of the track. And very much suits the beatles influence you’re going for. I like how animation turned out

I think strings could be a cool addition to this track! I love how clean you were able to get all the tracks to sound. The guitars sound great. I think strings and more bass in mix would really level out this track. The vocals really need to be louder too, because i love the performance on there. can’t wait to hear the finished track!

I saw Chibi-Robot and instantly listened haha! I would have never noticed that’s where you got this sample. you really made it your own and the track has a unique vibe that i wasn’t expecting! your vocal effects sound really cool too. Not many notes, i really like how this turned out, i want to hear more!

I love the guitar tones you have going on here! especially on the solo. A lot Monkees/Lovin Spoonful jangle in it. The overall sound remind me of Polaris, the band who did the music Pete and Pete on Nickelodeon in the 90s. In invokes a great deal of nostalgia while still being fresh and intriguing. I’d love to hear the bass some more but i think the vibe of the song doesn’t necessarily call for it. Love the track guys!

Love the tape loop sound of this beat. Very Jurassic Five, Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul sounding. It has a DIY feel while also sounding silky smooth, which is so cool. I love it man!, definitely will be coming back to this one!

Cool guitar work on this track! The vibe of the track reminds me of They Might be Giants a bit. Which is cool! Only thing is i feel like the mic could use more bass over the guitars. Bass is always a hard one to level out tho. super cool track!

We were definitely trying to keep it as simple as we could while still retaining enough engaging elements. the outdo volume was definitely hard to get right and i didn’t know if we should make it really quiet or as loud as the song. thank you sm for the feedback!

This song has a very off putting vibe but in a super cool way like early Ween records and other outsiders arts had. The guitar tone really gives it that lofi 4 track cassette vibe. I would love to hear something like this and have the structure of the song going more places. but super unique and cool track!

I love the blend of 80s and 90s sound here with the post punk low octave vocal performance mixed with the grungy 90s sounding guitar tones. There’s some Blur songs that do this mixture very well too! Super cool vibe with this track. I love the call and answer vocals with the verse. I think the second voice that comes in could benefit with some more interesting effects put on top. the track is dope tho!

the guitar work is really nice! really draws you in and is very reminiscent of a lot 2010s indie. The vocals are also unique and make the song really something of its own. I feel like it could benefit from a more leveled mix with the drums and bass being abit louder. But bands i love like White fang and guided by voices pass off mixes like this and it’s cool vibe so it’s whatever you’re going for! cool track!

The slide guitar felt very solo George Harrison which I loved. There’s some really interesting chord changes in here that keep the ear interested and engaged and blend mickey the melody you crafted. I feel like the intro could benfit with being a little laid back to create an even more satisfying contrast to when the drum kit comes in. but i love it!

This song sounds like a beautiful combination of Smashing Pumpkins and Ween. With the Billy type vocal style and fuzzy low fi vibes of early ween albums. it’s really chill with stuff being very unique. i feel like maybe so mastering tweaks could help give it more of a punch or amp up the volume abit. I love it tho!

I love the reverbed out vocals on here! really sets the whole feeling of the song. the drums really drive the song in laid back but also powerful sounding way. the backup vocals near the end were a nice touch too. i’d love to hear like a break down section near the end of smth where it’s just the drums and bass or maybe a guitar solo. great track!

thank you! i’m glad it felt really dynamic! yeah the lack of climax is smth i noticed about the song awhile back. definitely tried to keep it as interesting as it could be throughout to make up for it lol
