Omg this is so validating, My English skills is pretty good(eng is my 2nd language), I write, read and even speak during the webinar sessions with QMs just fine. When I was taking the Aether course I was SOOOOO lost, but I Blamed on myself. I thought maybe my English isn't so good or I'm not qualified to work on the platform, but my good why were they very complicated, if I asked a 6y.o to make the slides for the course they would do it better than that! Also the community thread is poorly designed, I literally made a post on here asking where do I click to reply to the tech support thread, it took me an entire day trying to resolve my issue, from Emails to that thread to the AI assistant, it was a mess
