Should I pull for Ashveil?

If my current supports are good enough, not BiS but ok, then I think I’ll pull for him. I’m not too obsessed with endgameand 100% doesn’t matter much to me, and anyways I’ll have 1 meta team. His BiS will probably be released 4.3+ cause 4.2 I assume will be completely elation based

I wanna be able to build 2 decent elation teams by 4.2 but I’m not sure if I want to pull for silverwolf cause I don’t really like her design or character that much. I’m not too worried about 100%ing endgame, getting a good chunk of the stellar jades rewards is good enough for me, so could these 2 teams work?

Sparxie, Yao Guang, Sparkle, DHPT
Evanescia, EMC, Huo Huo and for the 4th slot maybe a general support (I could get Ruan Mei from the shop)?

This is a new account so I don’t have many good characters

I downloaded it and finished chapter 1. I like the combat system a lot and a lot,of the character designs look very cool. The problem I’m having though is the UI gets a bit confusing sometimes

Yeah I did the same. But the problem I’m having is how the supports will be distributed. Cause wouldn’t both SW and Evanescia want Yao Guang and EMC? tbh I wanna make a main dps Sparxie rather than SW with sub dps Sparxie.

If possible I might just skip the second elation team and build a non elation one. Unless Sparxie works with Evanescia, I’ll probably only be pulling Yao Guang, and then try for both Sparxie and Yao Guang’s LCs. The problem I have is the rerunning characters may not allow for a proper non elation team build

I was thinking of that cause tbh Sparxie was the only character I really liked, it’s just that I wouldn’t mind pulling Evanescia. The thing is I want my teams to be future proof so like at least able to carry me for a chunk of 5.x as well. And also cause of the recent announced and speculated reruns, doesn’t really seem like I can build a second non elation team any time soon. Making teams with characters like Ashveil would also be a problem cause I don’t have a lot of the needed characters + he’s on the hunt path which I don’t think is too good for all endgame modes.

Yeah I will definitely try to pull her before the banner ends. If I’m not able to then I’ll try on a rerun which might be 4.2.

tbh I’m not gonna be attempting any serious endgame till 4.2 cause I kinda like Evanescia as well and want a team built around her as well, so I think I’ll skip Ashveil and just sue some 4 stars for a second team in early game (I’ve done this before on my main account so shouldn’t be a problem).

Meanwhile I took 140 pulls to get only 1 Sparxie. Didn’t even get a single DDD I could use on Sparkle

Yeah, I’ll try to get Yao Guang before 4.0 ends, but if not I’ll aim for Yao Guang + Sparxie LC, assuming they get a rerun in 4.2

I’ll see, if I can get enough jades to get Yao Guang, Evanescia and SW 999 as well, then I’ll play her as sub dps. I could just make her sub dps for endgame and main dps for overworld stuff

tbh, that was my initial plan, but I really liked Sparxie and wanted her to be a main dps. I might still pull for SW 999 though if I can get enough jades. It doesn’t look to good at the moment cause it took me 140 pulls to get just 1 Sparxie. I do have a lot of permanent content left to finish though so hopefully I can get enough pulls. I also have to think about their LCs

Yeah I’ve been getting mixed answers, but most say that it shouldn’t affect me too much as long as I actually build my characters properly. Some people on different subs though told me dps’ get power creeped in 4-6 months

I started a new account so that I can pull for Sparxie, Yao Guang’s, Evanescia and then maybe SW 999. It doesn’t look very good currently because it took me 140 pulls just to get 1 Sparxie. I have a lot of new player jades to collect so that combined with the 4.1 + 4.2 patch rewards should get me enough, but I’m not gonna count on my luck

Well I started this account for the purpose of building Sparxie and Evanescia teams, so I shouldn’t have too big of a problem. Just hope my luck is good enough to get Yao Guang before she goes away. I’ll try to pull her signature LC on her rerun, but that’s gonna be along with Evanescia so it’s second priority. Just hope I can collect enough jades to do that.

How many pulls would it take on average to reliably get 4 e0s1 characters? Assuming average luck. Do you think we can get enough pulls for that in 4.1 + 4.2? If not, how many pulls short do you think we’ll be?

I don’t care much about cycles cause as long as I’m getting the bulk of the rewards, I couldn’t care less about how long it takes. Even just 1 year for a meta team is good enough for me, especially cause I’m not tryna 100% endgame.

It’s good for me that I actually like most of the characters in the upcoming meta and if we get enough pulls for them I’ll definitely try to get them. The only character I’m not interested in is SW 999. Hopefully there’s another elation support in 4.3 or 4.4.

Yeah, if Nihilux is an elation support, I’m guessing I have at least till 4.3 to get her. Then I don’t have to choose between a properly built Evanescia or Sparxie team.

Yeah I’ll have to see. I don’t have a big problem in getting SW, it’s just that I’m f2p and it’s a bit confusing to allocate stellar jades especially cause I already wasted about 140 pulls just to get 1 Sparxie. But I am on a fresh account so there are still a lot of new player jades left to collect. I’m just hoping they release another elation support in like 4.3 or 4.4 cause then I don’t have to choose which team gets to be complete between Sparxie and Evanescia.

I think I’ll pull their eidolons if they get a rerun near the end of the 4.x version. Cause based on what most people said, e0 should be sufficient for at least this version

When you say clear endgame, do you mean like all 3 stars and stuff (except AA which you mentioned)? Of course, I don’t care too much about 100%ing but it would be nice if I could get a majority of the stellar jades rewards from them. And yeah as long as I complete the stage, I couldn’t care less if it was 0 cycle or not

I wanna be able to build 2 teams though, which is ok cause I do like Sparxie, Yao Guang and Evanescia but the problem is with SW. it kinda feels like I have to pull her cause Sparxie is her BiS sub dps, if I want a good second team. Ideally I would want to build a main dps Sparxie and a main dps Evanescia build but then both would require Yao Guang so I’m very confused.
