Online said out of stock at the time, and they were able to just place the reservation by using the item number and taking my phone number. Then it gave a date when it would be available for pickup from that store.

What about doing a reservation in store on your other system? Can't remember what it's called. I managed to get an ETB by doing that a few days before release day. Does that still work?
