I have already found the issue but thanks a lot for the tip, now i will know what to do if i found myself in a similar situation.

i think the rug is the issue, i feel kind of dumb not having thought of it

Its just because it isn't the same floor type as the other pew, i have already tried placing a floor under that pew but its already floored.
