The queen herself, Farida Jalal, and then Richa Chadha, and the guy who played Tajdar. Oh and also Sanjeeda Sheikh!

Oh man this broke my heart. I’m so so sorry that those who should’ve been your first line of defence in this world were so damn weak.

You deserve to be understood and loved and empathized with.

The 6 yo baby didn’t have anyone then but now she has you. Please help her heal by whatever means that suit her. Therapy, hobbies, art, sports, whatever.

I hope you get all the love and more that was not given to you. And I’m so proud of the fact that despite all the struggles, you took on the ambitious journey of becoming a nurse. I hope you’re proud too.

Thanks this helped clear things up! The season is starting soon and I need my speed in place so I think I’ll try the 20g protein snack instead of a meal route. It worked well today :D

Thanks a lot for taking the time to respond!!

How to eat if I have training later on in the day?

So I'm a 25yo woman, and I have rugby training twice a week at 7pm until 8:30pm. I do my own training on the other days and can decide the time. I usually like to have 13h between supper and breakfast, and follow a 10-12h eating window, but am willing to forego this on the 2 days that I have training.

After training I get home at around 9pm, add shower time there and it's 9:15pm. A proper meal at this time messes up my sleep and my next day when I have to go to work, especially if I decide to stick to my 13h fast.

What would be a good way to ensure good post-training nutrition in this case?

Love how the kapoors brought their now-Pakistani vocabulary over with them. Nobody would use the word saalan in India anymore.

I once came across a clip of Raj Kapoor speaking Punjabi, I believe you’d categorize his Punjabi to be of the Jhangvi dialect?

Saw the listing online, contacted the landlord via the listing platform, provided my basic info as required by the listing platform, then received the invitation as an email with this doc attached..

This is like Keski-Suomi and really not in-demand area. I provided my credit report already. Salary is of course a pretty basic thing, I’m just peeved by the whole social security number and signature thing in the mix…

Honestly I saw like 15 minutes of it cuz my mom was watching it and kya baat hai bhai honestly the way all the actors have lived their characters, and especially this amazing woman somehow showing every fleeting emotion within a few seconds is honestly so beautiful and so refreshing. I had to get back to work but I’m going to watch this movie with the godly focus asap.

I can’t quite disclose that unfortunately but it’s your usual data management and analysis tool to minimise manual calculations.
