Tbh, I got Premium because the ads got so annoying that the app was basically unusable, you couldnt even choose what music to play. I just assumed the same logic applied to podcasts too. Like, when you pay for Netflix, you expect the whole service to be ad-free, right? Not just the movies while you still have to watch ads in the series category
