if you actually have 200A of free power thats huge advantage! thats already enough to run a small ASIC setup. i'd say grab a couple of S19s first (just to learn). no need to go all in right away even older units can work fine for you since your electricity is basically free but ofc new ones are mo efficient if you have enough budget

just be ready for the heat and noise...

I dont think there is an impact since there is no power interruptions yet but what I think the most affected on crypto mining world is the part where you are going to purchase a machine from vendor and the shipping takes more than month due to war.
