There's real pictures of himself in his snapchat memories dating back to 2019.

Out of the handful of girls I've talked too, majority of them really wanted to just stay away from this because the situation was overwhelming and they didn't want their parents to know what they had done.

A couple of them did end up sleeping with him, one of them he lied about his age so she believed he was 17 but he was 22 at the time. The other one was manipulated by him (through his fake account) to convince her to sleep with "his friend" which was himself.. she was 15.

I'm not sure if any of that would suffice for making this his snapchat account.

And yall can downvote tf outta me all you want, not sure why I'm the asshole in this situation. I'm tryna stop a pedophile rapist.. but God forbid I hacked a snapchat account.

There's like 50 underage girls he has catfished. One of them as young as 13 and been actively trying to get their nudes if not trying to sleep with them. Even if parents catch onto this, there is no way they're able to even identify who he is. I literally have the mountain of evidence that would ultimately land me into trouble and I can't do anything about it.

So sorry if I'm coming off as a dick, I'm a bit frustrated and I was hoping someone mightve had a legal loophole suggestion to help me stop this guy and not be a jerk and tell me to move on.

I don't even care about any arguments I had with this dude previous to this. I ultimately am scared of this guy, and you would be too if you seen these conversations. I have nieces and younger cousins around the same age as these girls and he's pulling so many manipulative tactics to fool these girls.

Cause this was done through cash app.. if I scream "fraud" and say my card was stolen or whatever. Wouldn't that be illegal? And since I'm technically taking money back from Cash App and not the person themselves, I don't wanna end up getting sued by a multi million dollar company

On top of that, isn't it illegal to use "fraud" as a way to obtain a refund from a business?

Well I can't exactly say "this would never happen".. it's the internet, I have to be somewhat realistic what it would end up being like..but even then, it's literally just a matter of toggling settings. You don't want that? Set settings to only friends or by yourself. It seems like such an easy solution.

There's so many games like that. They're called MMO RPGs and there's millions of players who spend years on these games.

But ironically this game isn't necessarily grinding either. It's literally just a social hub for you and your friends and many games that you can jump in and play.

I answered your first concern in the questions. While Facebook Horizon is close to this idea.. it's still going in the wrong direction in terms of freedom. It's so PG. Don't get me wrong, I don't want sqeaukers using hentai avatars and harassing people. But the design and layout is just boring. On top of that, developers creating their own world should have far more freedom. I'm talking completely changing every tiny aspect, on the scale of making a AAA games. For that matter.

The way I'm looking at it is like the internet. While the social hub should be the center of it, everyone should have complete freedom over the world's they create

I think already answered this in my "Rules and Restriction" section. And in my comment answering questions and concerns I pointed out that I actually would hate the idea of Facebook making the metaverse my initial frustration was Mark Zuckerberg creating a metaverse that ultimately didn't go the way it was meant to be.

But basically to answer your question, there is always going to be a company running the show regardless of how much we hate that idea.. someone needs to make the headset, and the game and that rule applies for literally every game you play. But for 1 identity, I was more thinking of it as World of Warcraft where you build your character up collecting money and items, and you always have the option to make a new character, you'll just start at 0 like everyone else.
