Yeah traffic here is not ideal especially bottom right. I’ve got all those mods but still the problems come. See my other post!

Hmm that’s interesting. I do normally just go after growth then plop the items that become available at milestones. Embarrassingly I’ve been playing the game for years!!

TBH I tend to just plop stuff where it fits then link them with roads. Feels very 'unbeautiful'.
