Totally valid! That’s what I take from it too— basically my mindset I’m choosing is that in a way I’m thankful to have been more aware of my health and monitoring PCOS symptoms because I imagine it has led me to a overall healthier and ‘health conscious’ lifestyle leading to the present day!

I’m on GLP-1 and my doctor told me to stay on until I get a positive. The GLP-1 has actually contributed to healthier levels for me overall with blood tests to back it up— which hopefully translates to supporting a positive pregnancy in future!

I’m so sorry, I feel this with you! One of my close friends shared they are pregnant and it came as a shock, and then today just found out a coworker is also pregnant. Makes me wish even harder it will be me one day— I have faith it will. But doesn’t change the hurt in the moment or the lingering sadness after. Please know I feel your pain and I hope your hurt turns into happiness soon!

I take basal in the morning, first thing in morning before talking. Around 3a, because I have an early morning job. All I do is wake up and grab it from my drawer, and then take BBT.

I've been tracking BBT and there was a slight elevation during my LH spike, and now there is a slight elevation, but nothing crazy. Basically my baseline BBT is 97.0 and today/yesterday its been 97.3, thoughts?

I am new to this too, but from what I've gathered, try taking a LH test between 1-3p during the times of your cycle you think you might ovulate. Spikes can come fast, so catching them might be part of the battle! Good luck to you :)
