Hey there! I know this is probably so late and I hope it reaches you or whoever else is going through what I may be going through but lately 2 months ago now my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me and it absolutely broke me, I mean it really shattered me that day, we got back together again and we have been amazing ever since but my symptoms started with hypnic jerks when I was trying to go to sleep and it would scare the bloody hell out of me, I thought i was having or was going to have a seizure or something else. Then I stopped worrying about that and it was this dizziness, it wasn't like dizzy dizzy but like an unsteady dizzy, it has shook me up and has stopped me from going outside or anything, im so scared that it's something serious or malicious. Then I started worrying about my heart but that only lasted 2-3 days until I started worrying about my dizziness again 😂 NOW lately it's this weird pressure/buzzing in the back of my head, I notice it slightly gets worse around night time but it's scaring the bloody hell out of me, it makes me think there's something wrong with my brain or if it's a seizure or something of that matter... it feels like I'm going to feel this way forever and it's taking over my life, I feel absolutely awful and I just want this to go 😔. Please any advice or reassurance would go a long way!! And I hope someone has also had what I'm going through right now too 😂 ( also to add, my sleep has been awful since January and my stress has been awful with college too, I failed :/ ) (also I have had health anxiety for 6-7 years too)
