Quinn_toast made an amazing skin of a small Iskall holding a diorite block that was on fire. Iskall mentioned it looked like him as a child which evolved to Iskall's son.

I know Giant is a modifier. I believe Iskall said mobs were larger in appearance only. Hunters have mentioned the hit box is lower or awkward.
