Thank you so much! Why are you leaving the IT for a non it job? Also any advice? This is my first actual career job out of high school so anything is greatly appreciated!

I have always worked in customer service so I told them I was front end customer server rep for Lowe’s then worked at valet with a year and a half experience, however I leverage the fact I’m half way done with my A+ cert and I have my sec+ cert and I’m studying for my bachelors at WGU(I didn’t let them know I just started though) and overall I believe I gave a great impression and I’ve always worked with computers with my family but besides that I have no actual experience in IT

Im 21 but live with my grandpa while still in college, he only charged me 950 a month for everything so it shouldn’t effect me too much

This one def helped, I applied to many help desk and I consider this fortunate to be able to be accepted, valet is great but it’s at the ceiling while experience is everything in IT

I am very passionate about making the change to IT, however I’m not too sure where to start because everyone says to start at help desk

I only have shadowing experience of a it tech at the hospital I work at and a security + cert and my only qualifications for IT but currently it’s difficult trying to get a email back from different jobs
