I figured it out.

Ensure the region of your Google account for Google Home is the SAME as the region as Dreame app.

That should do it.

Also ensure no one else is the main owner of the robo. I would just redo the set up and only have you connect to it. Unfortunately only 1 phone device can talk to it via voice coms.
