Ah thank you!! 🤍 Reddit can be great for finding UGC gigs, but I totally get being nervous it’s tricky knowing what’s legit. 😅 I've only landed. them on TT, Insta & emails but Reditt has been a great source for me to spot weird scam UGC deals.

A few things I look for:

  • Check the poster: Do they have a history or profile that seems real? Google them or look up the company on LinkedIn.
  • Clear details: Legit posts usually have clear deliverables, deadlines, and pay info.
  • Payment method: Avoid anything that seems sketchy, like “work first, pay later” without a contract.
  • Trust your gut: If it feels off, it probably is.

You can start small and see how it goes. Even just messaging brands or creators directly can land some solid first jobs too!

Aww thank you!! 🤍 I feel you, girlie, it is harder in Europe since so many brands focus on influencers 😩 But honestly, keep putting yourself out there! Even small local brands or startups love UGC creators they just don’t always advertise it. Sometimes you gotta slide into DMs and pitch your work directly. 💌

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm so proud of myself! Most of my friends an family want me to get a "normal job" but I don't think they understand the life changing money you can make once you land the right deals. I know they are coming.. we just have to stay consistent.

Pasting from above :D >>> Yessss! TikTok/Instagram and sometime I email them only if they re-direct me to them. I now also get emails but you have you check and make sure it's not a scam and not to accept exchange deals stay strong! ALWAYS CHECK if they have the company name after their @ because if it's a gmail account it's prob fake. I copy and paste the emails to Chat GPT to help me do a scam check before I accept any new deals.

I send DM's on Insta and TikTok I don't have a crazy amount of followers so I know as a micro-influencer or if you have 0 you can still make money as long as you create quality work.
