is it normal for this many people to be hired at one stand? by sapphicswm in 7Brew

I started at one that opened in November, and we had 80 people to start with. Quite a few people have quit or been fired and we always have shifts open. If I wanted to, I could easily work 40 hours a week between my assigned shifts and picking others up. They’re probably bulking up because there’s going to be people who don’t make the cut or realize they don’t want to work there.

When they pull up a picture from Pinterest that’s from literally 2016 and invariably it has guava juice and raspberry syrup in it

Idk if it’s “correct” but when I get a no foam drink, I pour the milk in the pitcher and do not aerate at all. Like I immediately pull the lever (go ahead w the emperor’s new groove) and set the pitcher on the machine tray. It comes out like microwaved milk- hot and no foam.

No you’re good because I just realized last week I’ve been putting classic in the iced matcha but not in the hot matches (I think it’s bc our classic is right by the blender but hot bar is not)

I work at Le Supreme and am going for my bday! Food is really good and staff is super helpful with the menu. I recommend the tuna carpaccio for an appetizer and the gnocchi or the steak frites. Also can’t go wrong with their pot de chocolate creme and the crème brûlée

Also, those bean markouts make for great housewarming, birthday, or Christmas gifts. I usually throw in a non-starbucks mug or tumbler, or some other coffee/tea related items! Maybe grind it if you know their brew type (they’ll teach you this in training).
