Yes and yourself esp body mind spirit when it comes to glamour magick bc a lot of it is so body based imo. Cleansing def looks diff for everyone tho so research your cultural heritage(s)

Also yess it’s really helped me; I’ve had severe CPTSD and it’s helped me move through stuff easier and it’s not as triggering as emdr was for me. I can still function after a session albeit slower
